What the software has to do, who will use it, and when you need it live. Two or three sentences is genuinely enough. If you have a budget in mind, say it — that single detail changes what we recommend more than any other. You do not need a specification, wireframes, or a decision about which technology to use; those are our job, and we would rather make them after understanding the problem than before.
Yes. Send us your standard NDA and we will sign it, usually the same day, or ask and we will send ours. Even without one, we do not publish client work without permission and we do not reuse your code, data or designs on someone else's project. If your idea is the sensitive part, send the shape of the problem first and hold the specifics until the paperwork is done.
Yes. We are based in Ludhiana and meet clients in person around Punjab, but most projects run entirely over WhatsApp, email and video calls — which works the same whether you are in Delhi, Mumbai or outside India. Indian clients pay by bank transfer or UPI, and we invoice with GST. For clients abroad we invoice by bank transfer and work to your time zone for calls.
We take on projects from roughly ₹40,000 upwards. Below that, agreeing a fixed scope and a fixed price costs more than the work is worth, and you are usually better served by a good template or an off-the-shelf tool — if we know which one fits, we will name it rather than sell you something bigger. At the other end there is no size that worries us; larger systems just get broken into phases with their own scopes and dates.
